A NEW BEGINNING

I gave myself a break last week while I was at the beach...or should I say....I ate every junk food imaginable and have been paying the price BIGTIME...so, double work outs and eating GREEN is going to be a major milestone this week....I will weigh in tomorrow, but hopes are not good...I hope I can still reach my goal by Sept 8th...138

Day 14- Food and Excercise

L-apples, walnuts, granola, 2 chix nuggets
D-El Camp fajita chips, and salsa

Day 17- Reflection

I am really stuck here. I have been "trying" to eat better, and I feel like I have been succeeding at that. But, I don't feel like I am losing weight. I haven't worked out since Monday, I was really sore from Zumba, and want to go again tonight, but don't think I will be able to, so I am going to work out this afternoon. But next week will be hard b/c of being at the beach. I am bringing my roller blades, so that is something, but still, I need to start eating 3 meals a day again. Right now I am FAMISHED!

Day 13-Food and Excercise

Day 13-Introduction to Zumba

So I felt pretty crappy about eating Chinese food so I really wanted to work out EXTRA today. Holy shit, Zumba where have you been all my life?

I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the eliptical then went to my first Zumba class. It was nice for me cuz there were only 5 people there. I can't beleive how much it kicked my ass. It was totally hardcore, non stop dancing, working the abs, arms, legs EVERYTHING. I can't believe it was my first class. I was eyeballing the clock after 30 minutes, and had 30 more to go!!!!!!!!!!! But, it was really worth it, I am so sore today, but that is a GOOD thing.
