fruit, soy protein smootie
D-Pork chop with grey poupon
brussells and beans
salad with lite basalmic
Snack-100 cal carmel pudding
H20-120 ounces
WO- 45 minutes cardio, 3.6 miles, 394 cal
10 minutes strength
