Day Four-Food and Excercise

B-2 eggs, veggies and cheese
L-cheese stick, oreo 100 cal pack
D- salad, 1 piece of chix, prime rib, 2 potatoes
5-6 cookies :-( bite of wedding cake
**Drinks-5 glasses wine, 2 beers
H20-80 ounces
WO-35 minutes cardio, 2.6 miles, 282 calories
15 minutes strength
