B-2eggs with veggies and cheese
L-lo carb wrap with turkey, cheese and veggies
D-hot dog w/bun, ketchup and onions fruit
S-Jello pudding
H2O-90 ounces
WO- 45 minutes cardio
3.5 miles, 386 calories
15 minutes strength
