Day Two-Food and Excercise

B-turkey and cheese
L-2 slices rye with cheese, 5 graham crackers with PB
D-2 cheese sticks, hot dog and ketcup, no bun

H2O- 120 ounces
WO-45 minutes walking

**Drinks- 5 glasses wine, 2 vodkas and Iced Tea
