Ok, I did pretty well without drinking for a week. Just last night, so it doesn't count, right?
For this week, part of my "feeling great" goal is going to be to do something that I enjoy for one hour each day. It can be watch my favorite show on TV, read a book, go to Panera for coffee, or whatever. I mean, I can't just look good, i have to FEEL good too!
I will also sustain from drinking and will work out everyday too.
